The ear plugs included using the player are too difficult and not effortlessly inserted into the ear. I purchased the CVE92 Isolation Ear Plugs (White) and they're extremely great. Manual will not supply a whole lot of suggestions. Laptop or computer literates will probably be in a position to find out the best way to rip and synch up with Windows Media Player. 1 major gripe! The player doesn't play the music that's added in the order it truly is ripped and synched; all music files are arranged alphabetically inside the album name on the player. Bummer when listening to soundtracks, etc. Would have upgraded to a better model that loads files in the order ripped. Even so, for the cash, this can be a very good player. (More...)

This really is a versatile Music + Video player and e-reader. I've had a lot of digital MP3/media form devices within the past, but none performed like this 1. The screen is huge and bright, it plays movies in high definition. Also the touch screen is sensitive, generating it straightforward to navigate via screens. There is a built in speaker loud sufficient that i can watch my movies on it and hear clearly. The battery life is decent; I can watch a movie and nonetheless have battery remaining, but I charge mine day-to-day so I haven't had an issue. I do like the truth that the unit comes with a proper AC adapter and USB adapter, so i can either charge it via my computer, or plugging into a wall adapter. (More Detail...)

NOTICE: This review is for the NEW 2009 160GB iPod Classic, NOT the 2007 160GB iPod Classic! The new 160GB iPod Classic is very easily Apple Inc.'s ideal iPod to date, and out of all of the iPods that I own, this can be my preferred. Very first, the capacity of this iPod is just unbeatable. I've however to determine yet another portable media player that may match the iPod Classic in capacity. I've an enormous music library, and it is nice to be able to carry each and every song that I own on my individual at all times. What's a lot more, thanks to the iPod Classic's capacity, I also have space to carry a couple of videos with me, and some of my photos. If you don't like having to choose which songs to load onto your portable media player, the iPod Classic will be the strategy to go. The second thing that I really like about this iPod may be summed up in two words: it works. The 160GB iPod Classic that was introduced in 2007 was incredibly buggy, had a non-responsive Clickwheel on a lot of units, crashed regularly, and necessary a hit-and-miss firmware update to cease the tough drive from spinning even when the device was "off," which often lead to dead batteries. All of these issues left the 2007 160GB iPod Classic warming shelves and earning it the infamous "honor" of being the "worst selling iPod ever," according to Apple. I'm pleased to say that the new 160GB iPod Classic released earlier this month has practically none of these issues. There is no "spinning tough drive bug," the Clickwheel is extremely responsive, and also the device isn't crash-prone. While it is correct that a lot of of these issues had been fixed with last year's iPod Classic, there hasn't been a really functional 160GB model till now. When searching for a brand new mp3 player the trail always leads me back to Sony. Its a lot more about overall high quality then brand loyalty. More than the years Sony's Walkman line has gone the distance and much more. Soon after picking up the Sony S545 16GB for myself, I bought this model for my little 1. The S-544 8gb Walkman brings it on with a crisp, color enhanced 2.4" LCD screen which is simple on the eyes. At 2" x 4" x .4", it comes in a bit bigger then its older cousin. A larger body undoubtedly is required to provide support for the external speaker program. The speakers will not get confused with my house system anytime soon but they do provide an superb source. With headphones on, this mp3 player delivers a cornucopia of sound. Missing but not that noticeable may be the noise reduction feature. The on board equalizer can be tweaked to one's own preferences or users can decide on 1 of the six presets. (Review More...)

For the price, you just can't beat this device. I wanted some thing that would permit drag and drop of music files and wouldn't call for annoying bloatware on my PC like iTunes, (A person gave my daughter an iPod, which was stolen a year later, and she subsequently realized that all of the music on her PC had been converted to Apple's acc format- and there was no strategy to convert it back to wma using the included software program!!!!) There's a proprietary format for the video; however, the software included on the mini-cd does an excellent and quick job of rendering ordinary mpeg2 files. We tested it and were pleased. Follow the directions. In conclusion, this really is not a device for audiophiles or yuppies seeking status- but for $30, you can give one to all your kids and not have to beat them if they break it.
